LiveSuite provides real-time tracking, analytics, widgets, and tools for pump.fun livestreams. Our Service includes:- Real-time stream tracking and viewer analytics
- OBS widgets for streamers (timers, goals, stats, chat displays)
- Analytics dashboards and visualizations
- Trading tools (fee calculator, botting detector)
- Chat moderation bots
- User dashboard for managing widgets and configurations
- API access (subject to separate terms)
- Integrations with third-party services (Twitter, Telegram, etc.)
2. Account and Wallet Authentication
To access certain features of the Service, you must connect a cryptocurrency wallet. By connecting your wallet:- You represent that you own or have authorized access to the wallet
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

- You grant us a license to store, display, and process your User Content to provide the Service
- You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- You are responsible for the content and configuration of your widgets and moderation settings
- We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms

- Token information and market data
- Chat messages and user activity
- Platform-wide statistics and metrics

- We may delete your User Content and account data
